Whether it be a couple of hours or the entire day, we can assist you to make sure that everything goes just the way you planned. Let us relieve any stress off of your shoulders so that you can enjoy a worry-free event with your loved ones!

 

Event/ Wedding day Co-ordination includes:

  • Time line agenda
  • Unlimited communication (phones calls and emails)
  • Create or revise the event itinerary to ensure organization
  • 2 consultations with event planner prior event (1.5 hours each meeting)
  • Attend pre-planning meetings
  • Help with organizing all services on the day of
  • Contact all different vendors to ensure that all services are prepared and ready to be executed
  • Help with seating arrangements
  • Liaison with venue manager
  • Help organize and execute menus, favors, cards
  • Welcome guests and answer any questions if needed
  • Set out reminders to those involved prior the event and during
  • Keep in close contact of the main parties involved in event (e.g. bride and groom)
  • Ensure that the atmosphere is flowing well at the event
