Whether it be a couple of hours or the entire day, we can assist you to make sure that everything goes just the way you planned. Event/ Wedding day Co-ordination includes:

Time line agenda
Unlimited communication (phones calls and emails)
Create or revise the event itinerary to ensure organization
2 consultations with event planner prior event (1.5 hours each meeting)
Attend pre-planning meetings
Help with organizing all services on the day of
Contact all different vendors to ensure that all services are prepared and ready to be executed
